After you submit a rental application, we will check your income history, rental history, criminal background, and credit score. This process usually takes one business day, depending on the information provided. There is a $40.00 nonrefundable rental application fee per adult on lease.
Are pets allowed at the apartments?
Yes, with breed restrictions for dogs.
